Resize the page or paper in Publisher

  Printing and previewing Publisher files can be done from the Backstage view. Print using a desktop printer or send to a commercial printer. Page size refers to the area of your publication. Paper, or sheet, size is the size of the paper used for printing. Orientation refers to the portrait.
